110 hours and still suck big time

Hello, I have played rocket league off and on since 2016, and find it a really fun game. However, even with all my play time, I am still ranked bronze or silver in every game category. I feel that I know what I should be doing and what I am doing wrong, but all I do is constantly make mistakes. I dont know if there is any real advice someone can give me as this is kind of vague, but does anyone have any tips to improving somewhat at the game? I have watched alot of gameplay and tutorials already, and dont know what to do next.
