[SECRET] Reformation of the Hashashin

The AHC acknowledges that the rise of armed JRM groups in Palestine are very ungood. The Irgun and Lehi were once known to be the armed terrorist wing of the Jewish Agency, with the Haganah denying responsibility for any attacks on Arab or British targets. This has changed dramatically in the recent uprising which killed thousands of British soldiers and more importantly to the Palestinian people, damaged its economy.

The AHC had previously committed to creating the Arab Liberation Army, funded by the Arab league and led by the committee. With over 60,000 members having trained in the facility and a steady stream of weapons ready to be used to defend Arab villages from the Jewish militias, the military situation has greatly improved since 1945 thanks to cooperation between the Husaynis and the Arab League. Nonetheless, it would not be prudent for the AHC to implicate itself in aiding and arming the ALA, especially if said militants were to perform actions against the Jewish agency in the near future. Thus, a more elite cadre of special operatives, the best sharpshooters and the brightest minds, those that are able to fluently speak Hebrew and blend in with the enemy would be recruited into a special organization known as the "Hashashin".

The Hashashin, a small organization with under 100 members is in charge of politically motivated assassinations against any figures that stand in the way of the Arab Higher Committee, particularly Jewish members. Being a secret organization, the only way to join is to be recruited by a "brother". Each "brother" is in charge of taking care of two lower ranked members and reports to one of a higher rank. They are to perform assassination and subterfuge against the enemies of the Palestinian people with a wide variety of tools including bombs, grenades, rifles, and more delicate means of inflicting damage on the enemy. The leader of the Hashashin goes by the nom-de-guerre, "Al-tair", the flying one, for seemingly taking flight once an operation is complete and reports directly to Al-Husayni himself.

The organization itself is technically a derivative of the "Black Hand Organization", created by Izz addine Al Qassam in the 1930s in response to growing Zionist provocation and increased illegal immigration. Thus the imagery adopted by the Hashashin is similar, with a black hand marking targets for death. The organization differs however in that the Hashashin are not but a simple militia, but are more elite soldiers specializing in eliminating targets rather than capturing key positions. The organization also does not have the same anti-British sentiment espoused by its predecessors and is rather far more anti-Zionist in nature.
