Help finding my holy grail haircare products...

For years and years I have struggled with my hair. It’s not like it’s horrible or anything, but I have to wash it pretty frequently, and it just never looks quite how I want it to look. I’m a 27 year old female. My hair is fine-medium, but I have a lot of it. It used to tangle really bad but that’s gotten better over the years. It was previously highlighted, but haven’t gotten it done in over a year, however, I have an appointment scheduled in a couple weeks and I am planning to do strawberry blonde and a lob cut. Right now my hair is dirty blonde and it reaches about an inch past my shoulders. I have to wash it every other day or my roots get greasy. I have tried soooo many shampoos and conditioners looking for “the one” and still haven’t found it yet. Right now I alternate between a few things. Pacífica Rosemary Purify duo, Virtue Full duo, Briogeo Matcha + Apple Replenishing Superfood Duo, Paul Mitchell Scalp Care Anti-Thinning Duo, Purology Clean Volume Duo, Kerastase Blond Absolu Hydrating Illuminating Shampoo and Cicaflash Conditioner. I do a reset every 1-2 weeks with the Kérastase Scrub Énergisant. I’ve also tried the Briogeo Scalp Revival Scrub. I also try to use Olaplex #3 once a week as well, and I have a couple deep conditioning treatments in rotation whenever I feel like my hair needs it. After I wash my hair and put it up on my Aquis turban for a bit, I usually use It’s a 10 Leave In Light. Sometimes I opt for Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave-In Treatment, or if I’m blow drying, Kérastase Ciment Thermique Resurfacing Strengthening Milk, but I honestly have a ton of products that I use depending on how I’m styling my hair.

I have tried a lot of things and I don’t want to try to list them all here. My hair is wavy, so I was doing the Curly Girl method at one point but didn’t like it.

My daily style is usually curling it with my flat iron.
