SBC return

Hi guys! I made a mistake and I accidentally putted Van Dijk into a gold upgrade sbc, is there a way to get him back?? I haven't opened the pack so I can return it. Do you know if this is possible? If so, how can I do it? EA have disabled pretty much any contact cause of the virus
