Who’s better Value For money

Lads, for weekend league, I’m looking for someone who can Play at LAM or ST in a 4231. I listed the two options below, please suggest who you think is better value for money, not just a better card. Also any ideas and hints of what you think their prices will be by the time WL is over would also be appreciated.
