Does height really matter?...

Hey this is my first post so like pretty hype but anyways here’s my situation...

I’m a 20 year old attractive guy, in good shape (not trying to be narcissistic). However I’m 5’6 and I’ve had experiences where I’ve met guys on tinder or bumble in person and they’ve commented on how they thought I would be taller and it’s awkward...

I don’t care about height as long as the guy is cute lol but it seems to be a big deal for gays and I don’t really get it.

Anyways should I put my height in my bio on tinder if it’s not “desirable”?
