She (F20) doesn't want to be with me (M21) but doesn't want me to be with anyone else?

So me & this girl been friends for a long time & I finally asked her out earlier this year. She was hesitant in dating me because I used to date a friend of hers but she later changed her mind with the exception that we won't tell anyone about our relationship, in public we pretended to be just friends and in private we were lovers.

This didn't last long coz she couldn't keep her feelings contained & people started asking questions & this later led to her breaking up with me but she still wanted us to still be friends even tho she knew I felt about her. Admittedly it's very hard for me but because of how i feel about her I granted her request, we still friends BUT she still has moments where she acts like we're lovers (without the intimate stuff, of course), gets jealous when she sees pics of other girls in my phone or even when she finds out I'm talking to other girls, she's always trying to go through my socials etc.

Yesterday she called & wanted us to hangout with the inclusion of one of her friends. We got drunk & had a good time, now everytime the friend went to take a piss she'd sneak kiss me before he came back, this happened for the duration of the entire day until the evening, the friend left & it was just us so I naturally assumed that, either we gon Marvin Gaye and get it on like old times (when we were lovers) or at least discuss the sneak kisses but she was quick to dismiss me. Her behavior is seriously messing me up, she doesn't want me to be with anyone else but doesn't want to be with me. She kisses me but when I try to do it I get dismissed.

I know she likes me but I seriously don't know how to handle my situation. Should I forget about her and move on or keep holding on for what might never happen? I seriously love this girl.
