ESO block mitigation math

Hello. I've respec'd and experimented with my permablock sorc in order to obtain 100% block damage mitigation (as some ppl did before, with videos).

I came here to say that this is no longer possible. There is no 100% blocks anymore, and damage mitigation seems to be capped at 80%.

So with this, damage after maximal shield block is (1-80%)*50% = 10%.

Still a lot, but not insanely broken, alas :(
