Best headset for Xbox?

I've been looking into headsets for Xbox and wondering which one I should get. I've used a few of the cheaper turtle beach mics and I've been relatively satisfied with them but I'm looking for a headset that has really good directional sound since I play a lot of games like Rainbow Six Seige, I also want a headset with a high max volume to be able to hear my enemies, I like having my mic quality on the upper end since I pretty much in parties every time I play, and last of all I would prefer for it to be wireless. Some other things to consider would be the comfortability, price, battery and other cool features but these are secondary concerns. If anyone has some recommendations, I'd love to hear.
