The reason why S20 series can't do 1440p@120hz

So we know that the OnePlus 8 pro can do 1440p@120hz. Firstly we thought that S20 series' single MIPI interface had not enough bandwidth compared at the dual MIPI of the OnePlus 8 pro. Then we discovered that the Oppo Find X2 pro can also do 1440p@120hz but with a single MIPI. OnePlus 8 pro's second MIPI is actually for memc. Source

So knowing that a single MIPI should be enough, my theory is that S20 series can't do 1440p@120hz because of the existence of exynos SOCs that are not capable of doing this contrary to sd865 SOCs. What do you think ?
