[TOMT][CHILDREN'S TV SHOW?][2000s or 2100s]? forgotten childhood show, bears

i remember seeing a show in the 2000s possibly made before that time but it was extremely similar to rilakkuma and old bear stories. It was stop motion, too. The character was white and there was 1 episode or seen where the character was scared from something (probably bear). The set pieces were pretty intricate.

There is also a Chinese streaming app called "PPS" and it was on there. The show was probably silent as in no dialogue, not 'completely' silent. It might have been dubbed over in Chinese in some parts.
