should I pre-order serious sam 4

my birthday is arriving next month and my brain was rotten by serious sam and that's the only thing im interested in right now, so im trying to figure out if i should or not pre-order serious sam 4, I'm not sure if my pc will run it considering the fact that it looks amazing and has a shit ton of enemies simultaneously, do i risk it?
