Nutrition vs deficit?
Hiya, I was just wondering if I could get some advice. My diet has gone from relatively snack free to including things like crisps and the occasional bit of chocolate. However I’m still in a dramatic calorie deficit of between 800-1200 a day. In the last month I’ve hit a plateau, but this happened BEFORE my diet started getting a little more relaxed. It’s been nearly a month and I’ve lost very little if anything and I’m starting to wonder if the snacking has had an impact. Is the reason I’ve stopped losing weight because my diet has gotten worse or should I still be losing weight regardless because of the dramatic deficit.
Im still working out 5/6 times a day and on a 1200-1400 calorie diet including the snacks.
I guess I’m just asking, will I still lose weight if I occasionally eat bad food as long as I stay under my calorie allowance
