[Java] Tried to log in to Minecraft the other day, my username and password didn't work?

I tried to log in to Minecraft a few days ago, but when I went to log in my username and password didn't work. I thought this was weird, but wasn't too worried as I knew I could just change the password (never done it before, but knew it was a possibility). When the password reset email never arrived, I sent a ticket into Mojang Support, but it was immediately marked as solved without anything actually happening! I sent in another ticket the next day after not hearing from them again and still haven't heard back from them after a handful of days.

I'm not sure what happened, but any help would be appreciated! I just want to play Minecraft again :(
