Can we get a "keep your squad" option?

Every once in a while I'll end up in a squad of randoms and we really click. Then the game ends, people leave, and it's back to playing with newbs (does anyone still say that?). Would love to see an option added at the end of a game that allows you to stay in your squad for another match.
