First time Docker user help

I'm dabbling and can't get my first container up and running.

I am trying to get ubooquity (highest rating) up but can't seem to get to the GUI after setup.

I followed this guide https://drfrankenstein.co.uk/2017/03/28/setting-up-radarr-in-docker-on-a-synology-nas/

I tried directing to the container like so: http://192.168.1.10:606/

and get this message "this site can't be reached 192.168.1.10 refused to connect

which is impossible because I can't access my nas using that IP.

TLDR: I don't know how to open up the GUI to ubooquity.
