Problems with my PC

I have been having issues with my PC for a while. I have formatted my Pc a few times with no use and all drivers are up to date. The issue is it does not preform the way it should be, becomes very slow when running games and even sometimes when doing few simple tasks. Its becoming very frustrating.

PS: There is no physical damage on any part of the PC and its cleaned regularly.

I hope someone can help and suggest something to do.
