Cramps , gas ,

Do any of you have something that works for gas and cramps ? I use Acetaminophen (because I react to NSAIDS), but it seems like my body is becoming immune to it and the pain takes longer than it should to go away . The first day of my period I’m usually stuck in bed or on the toilet hoping I don’t throw up from the(it’s made me throw up before) . Any suggestions?
