Vel Koz/Brand/Veigar support

Gold/Silver. Every second game i see one of these as support. I main tanky supports but good Vel, Brand (Not sure about Veigar) always make my lane a disaster.

I think Vel Koz is really the hardest to play against.

Is this happening in others ranks? What to do against “not support” champ who is played like support and deals a ton of damage?
