Finally figured out how to best baffle my filter!

So I've been trying to baffle my filter as the flow is a little high however I haven't had much luck with adding aquarium foam to the output (the input is already baffled with foam) and I was kind of running out of ideas. I just remembered I had this silk plant that I use in my quarantine tank and thought I should just try putting it in the filter itself and have the water run off it into the tank. So much better!!
