[HELP] Overclocking AMD Athlon 3000g on Gigabyte B450m gone wrong

Hello,

The other day I tried overclocking through BIOS under the "AMD Overclocking" menu. After the settings I tried, my PC didn't boot. So I took out the mobo battery to reset the BIOS and PC boots again, BUT, if I try to change ANY setting in BIOS it wont boot.

And currently need to change some BIOS settings in order to do some CS homework so please any help would be greatly appreciated
