ELS Service Technician II - What does the job entail?

I got an email inviting me to take an assessment and then based on the results I move on to the next steps. Questions:

1. What do service techs do mostly?
2. What is the pay?
3. Is the assessment just a Ramsey test?

My background is in programming plcs and robotics, so I'm wondering if I'm a good fit for the job.

Thanks!
