Home hardware with bigger workshop than usual

I visited few home hardware in Tokyo (DoIt now Konan, Homes, Vista,...) but the free workshop place are very limited (with tools and options) and the offer for cutting is also limited to basic.
(Only straight cut, no round curve)
Are there bigger home hardware in Tokyo or Saitama with better options?

I did a search for this thematic and read there are but without any mention about where in Japan.
I was also invited to ask this question in "stupid question megathread"
But as expected questions tend to be drowned in a limbo.

My goal is to build a wooden puller triangle for my toddler.
