Question in regards to Imperial legion for fanfic

How would a small squad's captain likely react to a laughable attempt at a lone ambush by a teen of thirteen in Skyrim, in retaliation for the Stormcloaks losing the civil war? Kid's armed with a war-axe that, but clearly has no experience with using it, is wearing his uncles three-sizes-too-big uniform, and is tackled to the ground by the local town guard before he can do anything other than yell 'die, Imperial dogs!'. Would the soldiers treat the whole thing as a joke, or would they take it seriously and try to execute him on the spot?
