Unifi Network App Help

I just installed a UDM, Unifi IW AP HD, and Unifi 8 switch 60W. I configured it through the app on my phone and then went to install the software on my computer but cant access it that way. What am I doing wrong? When I launch the browser from the software downloaded on my computer it has me basically try to setup the product again but says there are no devices found.
