Second round of login rewards?

So I have 2 accounts and I noticed that on one account I am getting a second round of daily login rewards that comes with a free gold killer ticket and 30 auric cells at the end

But on my second account I finished the first round of login rewards yet I haven’t started getting this second round of rewards and I was wondering if anyone might know why?

Is it a bug? Do you have to have created your account before a certain date? Or is there some sort of “wait period” before you start getting more login rewards?
