Change refresh on BetaX server

As you all may know, BetaX server normally has to refresh every 10 seconds probably 1-2 times when the server is loaded. I have a tip to the developer... Why not have the 10 refreshes that the site does have a larger interval between them? Sending 10 requests in the same second won't get you any closer to getting a socket will it?
