Guinea pig squeaking loudly

I got 2 female guinea pigs, A and B. Recently B has given birth, and now A, the playmate has begun squeaking loudly and trying to go towards the mother and baby. I tried to separate them but this stresses A out and squeaks loudly. What should I do?
