4 days into Keto - My story, your opinions!

Hello.

I have been with excess weight all my life until recently. I have been losing weight steadily but those lasts kilos of fat just wont go away, whenever I look at my belly... it's still there, currently I dont know my BF% but I would say it's near 20%.. I am a 30 years old male with 179cm height (5'10 I believe) and currently I weight 73-74 kg (around 160 - 163 pounds). I dont think my weight is a problem at this point (I may lose a few pounds but I wont go below 71kg or 155 pounds) so I decided to try keto for 11 days for a final push before i go back to the gym to lift some weights.

And so I started keto on Monday, first 2 days I was ok, but since yesterday i just feel exausted at everything I do, still I can manage to do a 2 hours walk while playing pokemon Go (around 9km walk) everyday, but I cant run more than 15 seconds without being out of air.

I am not tracking everything I eat, but I know I wont go above a 25g net carb for sure. And that my total caloric intake wont go above 1900 kcal.

In those lasts days my carvings for sweets just went through the roof, it´s my first time on Keto. So I literally learned how to do a chocolate proteic mug to keep my carvings at bay (worth of around 4g net carbs). I think this is my main problem with keto and if possible I would like to know some opinions or advice on some foods that can prevent the carvings for sweets. My keto diet will come to an end next Friday (12 June), but I want a good experience with keto untill then =D.

Thanks
