Military Job occupation

So I have a question, I recently enlisted into the Air Force and took administration as my job. ( I didn't have many options because of colorblindness) Is there a way after my 3 years of service, to switch jobs to become a load master or have a job occupation that needs correct color vision. With the color blindness, which isn't bad at all, is it even possible to cross train?
