x570 Taichi SB fan noise

hey guys, i have had my asrock taichi for about 5 months now, since i have got the mobo on a cracking from from amazon uk, for£ 250 the SB fan is making such a kloud noise when running, eg playing games going to 77 degrees and the fan running at 6k rpm.. is there any way of making this any better, EG lowering the rpm or any foxes or something, or even owrth sending it back to amazon for another?
