Will Linux recognize Fat32 shortcuts created in Windows if they are on separate partitions of the same drive?
This is a dumb question, but I can't make up my mind and I don't have a computer around to test on...
Let's say I have E: and F: mounted in Windows. Both are Fat32 partitions on the same drive. Let's say I make a shortcut on E:\ to point to F:\Temp
If I were to mount these two partitions in Linux, would the shortcut file still work? Would it depend on the distro?
