Google Home "Intruder Alert" Routine?

We have Minis, Hubs, and Wifi Points (that double as speakers) all across the house, along with cameras, Nest Secure, etc. In the event someone does break in, whether we're home or not, I want to say "HG, Intruder Alert" and have it:

Turn on all the lights

Lock the doors

Broadcast an alarm mp3 that has a siren and repeats "Intruder Alert, Intruder Alert" to deter/scare them away.

Anyone have any experience with this? Obviously the lights and doors won't be an issue, but I will have to find the clip of audio that has both the voice and the siren because if i tell it to do both separately it won't play them together, as far as I'm aware.
