Buyer Beware Starter Plus Pre-built

Just a warning for people who are thinking of buying one. I did not get what I paid for.

I purchased a Starter Plus Pre-built computer that arrived today. I noticed it came with a Gigabyte B365 HD3 motherboard and a CPU fan with no LED lighting.

Their website advertises a ASRock B365 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard and all their images of the machine show that the inside is well-lit from the motherboard and CPU lights.

I bought this product with the expectation that it would have a premium appearance, so I am disappointed that I got replacement parts that look nothing like the images on their website. The inside of the computer I got is nearly pitch black.

I know their website claims that "Due to supply issues, we may not have all PC components in stock. In that case, we will automatically swap the component for an equivalent or upgraded item at no extra cost", but the replacement components I got are neither an equivalent or an upgrade. I feel I got ripped off by getting cheaper parts, but I was still charged the full price.

All-in-all, the computer works, but if I had known it was going to look like dookie, I would have just built one on my own and gotten parts I wanted. NZXT is local to my area, so I wanted to support a local business, but lesson learned. Would not recommend.
