What goes into changing wheel size?

I currently have a 2012 Dodge Charger SE with 215/65/17 wheels on it, but I’m looking to go up a couple inches, to either 19 or 20. Anyone know the best way to go about this so as to keep the speedometer and other things from being affected? Any advice or insight is appreciated.
