sync downloads folder and an SD Card folder

i would like to sync two folders. From: 'MyFiles/Downloads/FolderA'
To: 'SD Card/FolderA' without simply making a copy of duplicate files each time copying occurs - just skip existing files and only copy new files. i want to run this backup copy when i want to so no need to automate it. any ideas? Thanks in advance.
