A lighting question

I have an unbranded 600w led from Amazon. For my first 2 grows I have had both veg and bloom switch on for entire grow.

Does anyone use the 2 different lights for their autos?

I have 2 white widows about 2 weeks until harvest. I have 3 northern lights starting to sprout.

Should I keep the 2 outside so i can use the veg light o n.v my new sprouts or shout i just keep both on because there autos?
