Thoughts about Pitman? Opinion?

Hello everyone,

I read a few things about Pitman restaurants and bars on this sub but I was wondering how is Pitman as a place to live.

Is it up and coming? Stagnant? Is it a place a family would want to live? Single? Older? Students from Rowan? Safe?

I've only been to the theater there and would like to know more about it if anyone has more experience.
