Help me make managing healthcare easier

Hi All -

I have a rare neuromuscular condition - not dysautonomia/POTS, but similarly can present with a smattering of symptoms that confuse doctors and/or cause them to second guess what I'm saying.

It took me 3+ years to get diagnosed, and that only happened once I spent a solid week digging through my medical records and organizing them. Helped me communicate more effectively with the doctors and feel more confident standing up for myself in those conversations.
