Origin / Apex issue

So i've been busy getting my life back to normal / back to work and i haven't played apex / launched origin more than once in this whole week. And i also Turn my PC off when i'm not using it.

But my friends have been getting notifications that i'm going online / offline again and again .. and that when i go online i'm playing apex. which i'm not, i'm not even home. Now, i don't think my account is hacked because i've changed the password and also my name is still the same (last time i was hacked, they changed everything lol) and i have 2FA.

I also checked my trusted devices and nothing fishy under that as well..

Any idea why it's been doing that / how to fix it ?
