In game Minute ban How does it work?

So... today something really weird happened. I played a game on BIND, literally a really good game, like we won 13-2 and I get arround 20 lads and died like 6 times. When the game finished I clicked the play button but it told me I was banned for 9 minutes. SUggestions?
