I need help

So I have a barrage I'm questions I'm new i just hit 61 after a week of playing and I cant figure some things out. For starters how do you dual wield? I bought the cattlemen gunbelt I believe it was called it was 8.50 I equipped it and i still can't dual wield. Question 2. Do you lose xp money for dying on bounty hunter missions because im getting less rewards for tier 3 than or 2 and they are all solo. Question 3 I have the bounty hunter rabk 20 horse to max bonding and I love are there any other better horses i have to look forwards to. Also is anyone else disconnecting alot. Thanks in advance!
