Valorant cannot be launched. Anyone else experiencing this?

I don't even know what compatibility mode/settings is or how to turn it off. If someone does know that would be cool. Played through all last night a logged on fine 4 hours ago and now this.

edit: someone in the comments said he fixed his issue by running the game without administrator and that fixed mine as well, try that.
