"Don't look down"

This is hypocritical but that is how I feel right now with my mindset, Just try not to even process your past/mistakes. No matter how justified or correct your self-hatred is, it is ultimately the enemy and it is in your best interest not to listen to it.

This regret has gotten me nowhere.
