Corsair omega rgb problems

Just built a pc and I'm having an issue with my rear fan in the case. It's functioning but not lighting up at all. However, the front fan and LED strip is also working. I've tested every fan plug spot and get the same results. Do I have a bad fan? Am I just being dumb and missing something?? Any help is appreciated
