How does your company communicate/explain benefits to employees?

I work in HR at a 3,000 person company, who has one person dedicated to Benefits and two others who can help but aren’t experts on the subject. Of course, he cannot walk every new hire and employee through open enrollment. Our employees work in the field all day, so we have limited options for communicating.
