Fairly new PC has randomly shut down 4 times in the past 1.5 months. Today it was extremely slow and chrome kept crashing. I don't know much about pcs and I'm not sure what to do. I need some help.

Tech Support

Specs: Evga rtx 2060 super, intel i7-9700K, 16 gb ram (not sure what kind), and I am unsure of the other specs as it is a cyberpower prebuild. If it helps here is the PC i bought.

I got a cyberpower prebuilt black friday last year but didn't set it up until late December. I've been using the PC about 2-3 times a week just to play games, but when quarantine started, I've been using it almost every day to do my school work. I didn't have any problems with it until about 1.5 months ago, I was playing Just Cause 3 and on discord with some friends when my PC randomly shut down. I gave it a few seconds and it started running again. I didn't think much about it so i opened up discord again, rejoined the call, and just browsed reddit instead. Now after it restarted, the audio on my PC was kinda messed up. Spotify and youtube wouldn't work, but discord would (the volume was turned up and my headphones are fine). Later that night, about 2 hours later, it shut down again so I just turned off my PC and went to bed.

Then about 2 weeks ago I was playing the outer worlds when it randomly shut down again. After a few seconds, it started up and turned back on. I didn't think much of this and continued to play my game when it loaded.

Now that brings me to where I am. 2 nights ago I was doing my homework. The only applications I had open were chrome and Spotify. Out of nowhere, my Pc shut down again, but this time when it restarted, this screen popped up. I wasn't sure what to do so I pressed the save and exit option, hoping for it to go back to normal, but that screen kept popping up so I turned my PC off and went to bed. Yesterday, I had no problems with it and was able to complete my assignments. But today when I booted up my PC, it was pretty slow (eg. waited about 2 minutes for monitor to connect, then when I entered in my password the screen froze for another minute). After a few minutes of loading, I opened steam and Spotify and had absolutely no issues. I was also able to play a few games. Then I closed my game and opened up chrome but it was completely frozen. After about 10 seconds, it crashed. I tried opening it a few more times but it kept crashing. I restarted my PC, (waited a long time for things to load again) and afterwards chrome kept crashing.

I'm not sure what to do as this is the first PC I've ever owned and I'm worried a part of it might be broken. My best guess would be the PSU but I'm not 100% sure. I'm not sure how to check what kind of motherboard/psu/ram/etc. I have but any help would be appreciated. thanks.
