Seagate Exos for Desktop

Hey guys. I'm trying to buy a 7200 >=4TB drive for my desktop, and I found these Seagate EXOS drives on amazon for $157.

https://www.amazon.com/Seagate-128MB-Cache-3-5-Inch-Enterprise/dp/B07D9625PB/ref=sr_1_3?crid=1XIP81JC34G8G&dchild=1&keywords=seagate%2B4tb%2B7200rpm&qid=1591302588&sprefix=Seagate%2B4TB%2B7200%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-3&th=1

The 4TB version is $150, so why not get the extra 2 terabytes. I've also found a 4TB Ironwolf Pro for $145 and and a 4TB Barracuda Compute for $162.

I know that this is an enterprise drive, but will it work well for desktop applications (mostly installing large applications and media).

Also, will these drives be really reliable in a desktop (last 5+ years)? I know you guys have a lot of experience with storage, so I appreciate the help. Thanks
