Chapter 7

"Today is the day, Jotaro Kujo, the Wielder of the Mighty Star Platinum, Dies!" Pucci called

"M-Mr. Jotaro!" Anasui called out

Emporio hid behind a rock, as much as he wanted to help, he couldn't

A blindingly White Fist appeared in The man's abdomen, it was Made In Heaven's Fist

Jotaro fell Slack, unmoving but there was still a fire left burning within him, he used all the strength he had left to summon Star Platinum

"ORA ORA ORA!" Star Platinum cried as its fist slammed into Pucci's chest, sending Pucci flying into the sand a few meters away

Jotaro used this small victory to stumble to his feet, it seemed like his pure courage and determination kept him alive from the gapping wound in his chest but he could barely walk, let alone stand

But something was wrong, Pucci was no longer there but he was behind Jolyne without her noticing and time was accelerating again

"As you have somehow survived my attack, I shall end your nuisance of a daughter first!" Pucci cried out as he sent Made In Heaven's hand in a chopping motion towards Jolyne

"JOLYNE!" Ermes cried as she put herself in between Made In Heaven and Jolyne at the last second and attempted to use Kiss

Made in Heaven slashed off both of Ermes' arms and she fell to the ground

"Ermes! No!" Anasui cried out in Anger "Diver Down! Kill him!" He said as Diver Down unleashed a Flurry of Punches towards Pucci, Made in Heaven did the same and they were locked in an Attack Rush duel

Jolyne knelt beside Ermes, ignoring Anasui and Jotaro's attempts to move to help him, with Tears streaming down her face she says "Ermes, come on! Wake up! Don't do this to me!" She closed her eyes, breathed in and looked to the sky She didn't want to accept it but she knew, that Ermes Costello was gone

Anasui couldn't keep up with Made In Heaven's speed and his guard broke. Made In Heaven took advantage of the situation and kicked him, sending him into a wall, knocking him unconscious but leaving him alive, Emporio tried to help but he was knocked out as well by Pucci

"Anasui! Emporio! No!" Jolyne Cried

"Star Platinum! Unleash The World!" Jotaro shouted, stopping time once again

"Jotaro, What keeps you going? We both know my powers far extend those of your Star Platinum" Pucci said But Jotaro ignored him, instead he readied Star Platinum, he was just about to get to Pucci until "Do these Knifes perhaps look familiar to you?" Pucci Said

Jotaro's eyes widened, triggering flashbacks to 22 years earlier in his mind, to his deadly fight with DIO but he didn't pause

Knifes appeared, heading in the direction of Jolyne

"Time will now Accelerate" Pucci said as Jotaro raced toward his daughter

"No! Jolyne!" Jotaro said as he pushed her out of the way, making the knifes hit him instead

"Dad!" Jolyne cried

"End him, Jo...Lyne" Jotaro managed to speak out before falling to the ground

"Being a father has weakened you! And as a result you will die!" Pucci shouted

Jolyne slowly stood up, the fire in her heart raging with heat comparable to that of the sun, this fire was not of Determination or Courage, it was of Rage. Tears were still streaming down her face, but these tears were of Sadness,remorse, and finally of Anger

"You are the last obstacle standing in the way of my goals, I shall end you now once and for-" "ORA!" Stone Free uppercutted Pucci, cutting him off "Finish him Stone Free!" Jolyne cried out

"ORA ORA ORA ORA!" Stone Free shouted as she punched Pucci In an attack rush

Pucci had never seen a stand so fast before, other than his Made In Heaven

Stone Free finished her Flurry with a powerful final punch

But Pucci hadn't moved

"I must admit, you have impressed me with your skills, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm still going to end you!" Pucci said as Made In Heaven punched Jolyne to the ground "Today is the day I win! Jolyne Cujoh!" Pucci shouted as he sent Made In Heaven's fist towards her

But at that moment a Pebble shot through Made In Heaven's hand

"What the hell?!" Pucci cried out in pain But the pebble turned into two scorpions and they readied their tails for the poison "What?!" Pucci shouted He used Made In Heaven to slice them up into pieces  but he still felt the pain

Jolyne was just as confused as Pucci, and she didn't know what to think, but then she heard footsteps in the sand and she looked to the horizon, a man was there, basking in the light of the setting sun

"Come What May, I refuse to give up my dream"
