My rabbit is super crazy...

I have a female mini rex, she's only a year old and we've had her for about 3 months. I've tried being a bit strict with her on her behavior as well as gentle, but nothing works. She's super hyper and all over the place, I try to let her free roam but she's always eating or digging or getting mad if you touch her, or "her" things. It's driving me kinda crazy because I got her for emotional support but this is honestly the last thing I need right now. I don't want to get rid of her because I do love her and she deserves a chance, especially if she's just feeling under the weather, youthful, or just not disciplined enough yet... Any advice or ideas would help a lot, thank you! ❤

(Update: Forgot to mention, but she has been spayed!)
